Q : Do I have to use the Female Tonic with other formulas. No it is not a requirement may e used alone,, but we seem to have great feed back when combined as a program with similar supplements. Q : How long do I need to use this Female Tonic. Depending on your requirements we normally recommend at least 3 months at a time. You may want to take a break for a month.
